The rules that apply when you use DigFair.
By using DigFair, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required to enter this agreement where you live.
You may maintain one account unless DigFair support authorizes otherwise. Registration information must be accurate and you are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials.
DigFair is an online digging and rewards game. ORE, GOLD, points and other in-product balances are ledger units used by the service; they are not bank deposits, securities or investments. DigFair does not accept deposits, does not sell investment products and points cannot be bought with money.
Where a daily reward pool is offered, it is funded only from revenue the service has already realized and is shared under the rules published for that day. No minimum reward or payout is guaranteed. The requirement and reward shown before an action form the applicable game rule for that action.
Available methods, minimums and fees are shown before a payout request is created. DigFair currently pays through external providers such as FaucetPay.
Blockchain and provider transactions can be final. You are responsible for checking the payout method and destination before confirming.
Payouts may be reviewed for account security, duplicate activity, fraud or compliance. A displayed balance does not guarantee approval of an invalid or abusive request.
Tasks, creator campaigns, contests and referral rewards apply only when their displayed requirements are met and the activity can be verified.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated traffic, false metrics, spam, recycled content or manipulation may be rejected, reversed or removed from the account.
Do not exploit bugs, bypass limits, automate protected actions, interfere with other accounts, upload malicious content, impersonate others, misuse payment systems or use DigFair for unlawful activity. Report a suspected security or economy defect instead of exploiting it.
DigFair may temporarily restrict an account or transaction to investigate security, fraud, duplicate-account activity or rule violations. Confirmed violations may lead to reward reversal, suspension or closure, subject to applicable law.
Maintenance, provider outages and technical incidents may interrupt features. DigFair may update features, economy values and these terms prospectively. Material changes are published on the site.
Open a support ticket for account, reward or transaction issues and include the relevant transaction or payout identifier.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
